Come Before Winter Inc

Come Before Winter, inc. provides retreats/renewals for female ministers of the Christian faith currently active in ministry. These renewals are designed for encouragement and strengthening of women in ministry and female missionaries who often carry forth the work of the Kingdom in many ways, but can feel overburdened, under-equipped, under-resourced and under-funded. The organization generally provides two or more of these renewals annually. The renewals involve a team of teachers, encouragers, and spiritual advisors to assist in the ministry. The organization pays all expenses of the participant ministers at the renewals.
