Boys Haven of America Foundation

To foster and support the activities and purposes of Boys Haven of American, inc. and of such other organizations as are designated by the foundation's board of directors and that quality as exempt organizations under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code --helping to assure continuing excellence of the services and facility of Boys Haven of America, inc. --fostering and supporting the activities and purpose of Boys Haven of American, inc. and of such other organizations as are designated by the foundation's board of directors and that quality as exempt organizations under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code. --receiving funds for endowment purposes and either investing the funds or transferring the funds to an appropriate investment agency as designated by the board of directors of the foundation. --endeavoring to see that all funds received are managed so that maximum benefit will be derived from the donor's generosity.
