In response to part 1, ln 1 and part 3, ln 1: the dad's club vision: we are committed to excellence and dedicated to developing world-class citizens and world-class athletes. The dad's club mission: advance the sport of swimming through lessons, clinics, training and competition; recruit individuals who share our vision; provide swimmers with the highest quality of coaching; create and maintain an enjoyable and productive swimming environment; encourage positive mental attitudes and mutual respect; teach and develop life skills through our swimming program; provide swimmers the opportunities to grow and succeed to their highest level; strong work/goal relationships that are balanced and realistic; educationally sound and ethical program.
