Guin Area Charitable foundation, inc.'s purpose is to foster, promote, advance and improve Charitable, religious, educational, scientific, literary, purposes of the city of guin, alabama within the meaning of section sol(c)(3), and to perform all acts proper and necessary to secure said objectives, and to do anything necessary and proper for the accomplishment of any purposes in connection therewith as may be authorized or permitted by the laws of the state of alabama and the fedeal tax laws.
