Central Valley Coalition for Affordable Housing

The organization's mission and primary activities are to provide decent, safe, sanitary, and Affordable Housing for low-income families, older adults, and persons with disabilities. The organization constructs, rehabilitates, owns, and operates Housing developments and rents or sells Housing units to eligible residents in conjunction with local, state, and federal Affordable-Housing programs. It also provides facilities and supportive services designed to address residents' physical, social, and psychological needs and promote their health, security, well-being, and independence. Through these activities, the organization relieves the poor, distressed, and underprivileged; lessens the burdens of government; addresses Housing shortages; and combats community deterioration.
