Meadowcreek Mutual Water Company

The organization's purpose is to develope, distribute, supply, and deliver Water for domestic and irration uses and fire proctection purposes to it's members at actual cost plus necessary expenses, and to one exempt it's members. Water shall be sold, distributed, supplied or delivered to all membersd and to only members, except that Water shall also be provided to the common areas of any subdivision or parcels of commerical or residential real property located within the corporation's service area and which request Water service for such parcels. This organization shall be authorized to do whatever deemed necessary, conductive, incidental or advisable to accomplish and promote the foregoing purposes.
