KINGS County Detentions Deputy Association

This association, which shall be conducted for non-profit purposes and is formed for the following objectives and purposes:it is the intention and express purpose of the KINGS County detention Deputy association to represent its members in discussions and negotiations with the union and KINGS County sheriff relating to all personnel and employment matters, and exclusively with the wages, hours, working conditions, welfare programs, and advancement of academic and vocational training, in furtherance of law enforcement and the Detentions profession, promote social interaction and community awareness and education, and to exercise any and all of the powers granted the association by it's bylaws. Under no circumstances shall changes to this association's by-laws be performed without majority approval by voting members.
