Kern County Prosecutors Association

1. To encourage the practice of law in the field of criminal prosecution as a profession;2. To promote and advance professional competency in the practice of criminal prosecution;3. To promote ethical principles and practices for Prosecutors;4. To advance the interests of prosecuting attorneys employed by the office of the District Attorney of Kern County and promote their economic well-being;5. To represent prosecuting attorneys who are employed by the County of Kern in the office of the District Attorney in their employment relations with the County of Kern; and6. To promote the full communication and improve relations between the County of Kern and the prosecuting attorneys employed in the office of the District Attorney of Kern County.
