To provide a mutual association of chief officers of fire departments within Ventura County, ca; to promote uniformity of thinking through a friendly medium of exchange of information, relative to the efficient operation and well being of our departments; to coordinate all operations deemed necessary in times of mutual need; to exercise expertise in dealing with any matter that may effect our departments.
