To promote the widespread use of renewable Energy resources and to increase Energy efficiency through education, planning, promotion and facilitation of demonstration projects and public policy. To disseminate educational material to the public including but not limited to material related to preserving the natural qualities of the Eastern Sierra through publications, lectures and otherwise.
