Bring uniformity, strength and parity to Northern California community college Football. Sponsor and govern Football competition among members in accordance with ca. Community college commission of athletics (coa). Administer Football competition that is consistent with the educational goals and objectives of member colleges which require personnel to abide by both the letter and intent of the coa consitution and the organizations consitution and by-laws, encourage excellence in performance of all participants in Football and promote high standards of academic acheivement, leadership,sportsmanship and physical fitness.
