The Literacy Coalition of Central Texas (LCCT) is a non-profit organization with a mission to transform the lives of adults by providing accessible education services and opportunities for economic advancement. It was founded in 2001 by a network of Literacy providers and community leaders to ensure Central Texas individuals and families have the skills to reach their full potential.
