To foster beneficial relationships and sharing of information and assistance between and among our public agency members and with other allied agencies, institutions or organizations.to improve the ability of our public agency members to effectively and efficiently manage their Pavement preservation and restoration program.to promote Pavement Management technology transfer, research and education.to provide a common forum for the open exchange of ideas related to the development, enhancement, maintenance and operation of effective Pavement systems.
