Acquisitions Divestitures & Mergers

To provide exclusive membership to high-level/senior management individuals from acquisition & Divestitures companies, exploration & production companies, and a limited number of private-equity, asset-markeing, or Mergers & acquisition advisory firms. Membership is limited to 250 members each year, and provides free admission to 10 annual luncheons (held monthly, with the exception of july and december), a quarterly membership list, and continual networking opportunities throughout the year.
