Service to the Back Country the education of Horsemen and representation in land use planning and management furthering affiliaterd chapters Horsemen and resources perpetuate common sense use and enjoyment of horses in Americas Back Country and wilderness work to insure public lands remain open to recreational stock use assist government and private agencies in their maintenance and management of said lands educate encourage and solicit active participation in wise and sustaining use of Back Country resources by Horsemen and the general public foster and encourage the formation of new Back Country organizations
