The vision of the Foundation is to be the leading women's organization for developing educational and outreach programs for students of business and entrepreneurs. The purpose of the Foundation is to support economic development and diversity/inclusion in Kentuckiana through educational and outreach efforts for current and future entrepreneurs and women business owners. The objectives of the Foundation are as follows: To provide scholarships/awards to entrepreneurs and students; To provide outreach programs to emerging entrepreneurs and business owners; To provide business educational opportunities for the general public; To encourage, support and educate those who own and operate businesses; and To collaborate with other 501(c)(3) organizations that complement the Foundation.
