Pinkard Youth Institute

Pinkard Youth institute is a nonprofit organization dedicated to the empowerment of Youth. The organization sponsors educational workshops seminars activities and events that will educate and expose young people to opportunities that will enhance their awareness and need for community service. PYI accomplishes its objective through three key programs the Annual Black College Tour; the Summer Enrichment Academy in collaboration with CSUCI and the Summer Internship Program in collaboration with the County of Ventura CA. PYI is staffed with a group of community leaders and professionals who give generously of their time expertise and resources without payment.
