The organization was formed to hold title to rental real property, collect rental income, and to turn over the net income after expenses to the distributee corporations, including the following three entities; superior officers council retiree health & welfare fund, a section 501 (c) (9), lieutenants benevolent association of the city of New York, a section 501 (c) (5) and captains endowment association, a section 501 (c) (5).
