Defiance Area Chamber of Commerce Foundation Inc

The purpose of the organization is to campaign for, receive, hold and apply funds, gifts, bequests, and endowments or the proceeds thereof for the purpose of charitable, educational and scientific purposes, including for such purposes, the providing of financial support to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code in the Defiance county area.
