The organization's primary exempt purpose is to provide financial assistance to liberty high school #362 and its students by providing college scholarships to graduating seniors and funds to the district and supporting organizations for the benfit of the district's K-12 students. This financial assistance takes the form of college scholarships for graduating seniors and direct cash awards to supporting organizations. Scholarships are paid directly to the educational institutions. Relatives of the taxpayers officers and directors are not eligible for these scholarships. Cash awards to supporting organizations (e.g. Regional livestock shows, liberty ffa and fbla, etc.) are paid directly to them.
