Connecticut Public Broadcasting Real Estate Holding Company

The nature of the activities to be conducted and the purposes to be promoted or carried out by the corporation are as follows:to be organized and operated at all times exclusively as a non-stock, charitable "supporting organization" as described in sections 501(c)(3) and 509(a)(3) of the internal revenue code of 1986, as amended ("code") for the following exclusive purposes:(a) to support, benefit and assist Connecticut Public Broadcasting, inc., which is a tax-exempt organization under code section sol(c)(3) and a Public charity code section s09(a)(2);(b) to hold, manage, operate, insure, lease, and otherwise administer real and personal property for the benefit of Connecticut Public Broadcasting, inc.; and(c) to engage in any other lawful activity that is exclusively for the benefit of, to perform the functions of, or to carry out the purposes of Connecticut Public Broadcasting, inc.
