To enhance, sustain and act as a catalyst for the development of cultural resources by providing increased knowledge, understanding, appreciation and practice of these resources in the Helena area. Cultural resources shall include, but not be limited to: the arts, ethnic cultures, history, the designed environment, recreation, community events and education.
