The NORTH Carolina Restaurant & Lodging association is a philanthropic organization that supports the NORTH Carolina hospitality industry's service to the public through education, community service, community engagement, and promotion of career opportunities. Ncrla foundation works to attract, develop, support, and retain a career-oriented professional workforce for the hospitality industry. We provide grants to workers in the hospitality industry who face financial hardships. We support career and technical education programming in nc classrooms with the goal of introducing students to career opportunities and facilitating on-the-job work experience in nc restaurants and hotels.
