To enhance the quality of life for the aged by promoting quality care in a loving environment that supports their social, medical and religious needs while encouraging independence that self-development. Therefore, the corporation is formed to provide resources and assistance to aid the corporations that are a part of the Community at Brookmeade organization, in the management, planning and coordination of nursing home, enriched housing, assisted living, independent living, and other non-hospital services and, in connection therewith, to be operated for the benefit of, to perform the functions of, or to carry out the purposes of the Community at Brookmeade organization, including the baptist home of Brooklyn, New York; arbor ridge at Brookmeade, inc.; Brookmeade Community foundation, inc.; brookview, inc. ; and such other organizations that may be affiliated with the Community at Brookmeade organization.
