To improve and promote healthcare Community Econsult Network, inc. ("cecn")'s purpose is to improve and promote healthcare by:(a) improving the efficacy and quality of healthcare provided to underserved and rural populations by providing a platform to primary care providers for communicating timely and directly with high quality specialty care providers on behalf of these individuals; and(b) increasing and enabling access to medical specialists by providing a platform to primary care providers for communicating timely and directly with high quality specialty care providers on behalf of these individuals.
