The mission is to foster sustainable improvement in the living conditions of less advantaged communities, groups, and individuals by utilizing the Seafood industry's resources, and employing the values espoused by the Napa Seafood summit . the NSF's aim is not to dispense charity, but to empower motivated beneficiaries to improve their quality of life through small-scale fishing and aquaculture. The NSF provides meaningful participation in corporate social responsibility (csr) activities for the Seafood industry.
