As stated in the articles of incorporation, this corporation is organized exclusively for religious, charitable and educational purposes within the meaning of section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code of 1986 (or corresponding provision of any future United States internal revenue law), for such purposes, including, but not limited to, for such purposes, assist Divine Holistic ministries of east Africa by raising awareness and support for their mission to advocate for children, orphans, widows, youth and marginalized people to release them from their spiritual, economic, social and physical poverty and enable them to become responsible and fulfilled Christian people and engaging in any other activity not prohibited to corporations under south carolina nonprofit corporation act that is in furtherance of section 501(c)(3) purposes.
