Player Indaba Inc

The Player Indaba is organized and shall be operated exclusively for charitable, educational, religious, scientific, or literary purposes, or to raise and utilize funds to sustain and benefit predetermined nature conservation projects, most notably the save the rhino foundation and the wilderness foundation all within the meaning of section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code.
