To engage in the friendly competition of racing registered homing pigeons and to foster a positive social environment for Youth members and their families while promoting the sport of racing pigeons and for Youth members to learn responsibility for racing pigeons through feeding, watering, and maintaining safe habitats for birds along with learning good sportsmanship.
