Organization's mission: Heart of Hospice foundation works with individuals facing the end of life and their families by providing assistance to persons experiencing financial harships due to advanced-stage illness. Aid includes groceries, monthly bill assistance and critical home modifications. Our foundation supports wish fulfillment for terminally-ill individuals, such as special meals with a significant other or an outdoor activity. Our organization is also committed to educating our community about the importance of quality care for the terminally ill as well as physicians.
