Sova seeks to promote increased participation in aquatic sports in the local community in general and specific effort directed at young men and women from economically disadvantaged circumstances. Sova is particulary interested in creating life altering, positive opportunites for young men and women who may otherwise experience generational impediments to higher education and career opportunities.
