Direct Hope is organized and operated for charitable and educational purposes, including:1. Providing food, clothing and assistance with locating necessary resources such as medical care, affordable housing and job training to the homeless and indigents.2. Conducting public discussion groups, forums, panels, lectures and workshops for the benefit of the community and for self-development.3. Exercising all powers provided in the Texas business organizations code in furtherance of the above-stated purposes.
