For over 13 years, Would Works has been running programs for a range of populations experiencing homelessness. In 2024, we implemented a revised job training program to serve the needs of young adults, ages 18-30, who have been impacted by various systemic barriers and face significant employment and housing instability. Along with our various partners, WW aims to lead youth towards earning a family-sustaining wage and build a long-term career path; empower youth to have autonomy over their future; provide pathways towards self-sufficiency; support interventions that prevent persistent homelessness before it occurs; and positively influence the transformation and trajectory of young peoples lives.
