Human Service Chamber Foundation

Promote and support Human Service agencies of central Ohio in becoming more effective, efficient, and self-sustaining. Employ such persons as the corporation's board of directors deems necessary to carry out the purposes described herein and pay reasonable compensation for their services solicit, receive, and maintain, and distribute funds in furtherance of the purposes of the corporation and engage in any lawful act, activity , or business not contrary to and for which a nonprofit corporation may be formed under the laws of the state of Ohio, and to have and exercise all powers conferred by the laws of the state of Ohio over nonprofit corporations.
