Provide counseling and a variety of services to workers. Work to assure that all workers are given equal and dignified treatment in the workplace and a safe and hazard-free work environment; and otherwise bettering the conditions of working men and women. Do any and all other lawful acts, alone or in cooperation with other persons or organizations, which may be necessary, appropriate, or incidental to accomplishing the foregoing purpose.
