The Foundry

1) the organizatin herein referred to as the "club", will operate as a venue for like-minded business professionals to gather for their mutual benefit. This will comprise 90% - 95% of the activity. The club encourages commingling and fellowship among the members and will strive to build camaraderie.the club will host various events through-out the year to bring members together. Examples of events are friday night guest bartenders, theme party events for holidays, and sport gatherings for university of wyoming (local) football games being aired on public tv.the club will also promote and encourage the success of the members' children. This will be done in various ways, such as helping them with public charity causes or special events to involve the members families.form 990, part I, line 6: individual members from time to time volunteer to help put on functions at the club for the benefit of all members and help keep the club house clean. Hours are not tracked.
