The organization strives to ensure that all patients admitted to or treated by the Hospital receive quality care and strives to continually improve the services rendered to patients. The organization provides for the preparation and presentation of educational programs for the Medical Staff and promotes and maintains high educational standards for all Medical Staff membersthe organization provides a means to resolve problems and design effective communication among Medical Staff members and the administration and board of the Hospital, as well as maintains a process for peer review of Medical Staff members.the organization provides leadership in activities to be performed by the Medical Staff.
