The Arizona venom baseball academy is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing our players an opportunity to develop their skills, character and respect, both for each other and the game of baseball, in a supportive and positive environment through teamwork, solid fundamentals and personal achievement. We strive to improve our youth players through life lessons learned during challenging and rewarding experiences on and off the field by recruiting and training select individuals to be coaches and mentors committed to player development through strategic and fair play, drills, training and positive, supportive principles. This in turn will help prepare our players for the next level of baseball and the challenges of life by championing good work ethic, positive attitudes and respect for peers and superiors, all while expanding their knowledge of the game of baseball.
