The Laurel Rosebud Fund

The Fund educates the public about the impact of laws relating to controlled or regulated substances on the economy, public heath, governmental efficacy and efficiency, and the social structure of communities throughout the United States of America. The Fund also develops and encourages legislation, regulations and government programs to improve the impartiality of these laws, facilitate medical research, treatment and therapy, protect and provide choice for consumers, encourage and support familial structures, and strengthen and stimulate the economy.
