The organization was established to address housing insecurity and housing instability within Hartford's low- and moderate-income Communities. In alignment with the City of Hartford Consolidated Plan and HUD priorities under the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, we support programs that serve homeless individuals, those at risk of homelessness, and income-eligible households seeking affordable rental housing or pathways to homeownership. Our work advances community development goals by increasing housing access, strengthening neighborhood stability, and supporting vulnerable residents in achieving safe, permanent housing in the best interest of the City of Hartford.
