To advance Citizen Science by helping to facilitate and to foster communications, coordination and innovations between and among organizations, institutions and individuals in order to increase and to enhance public understanding of, and public participation in, scientific research, education and evidence-based decision making; and to promote the sharing of insight among persons involved in different areas of interest in Citizen Science.
