First: to represent the interests of California community choice aggregators (ccas) by advocating for legislative and regulatory policies that support and promote the core values and interests of ccas. Second: to collect, promote, and disseminate information regarding California ccas and issues that affect them. Third: to render such other and further services for the common benefit of its members, as deemed appropriate by the board of directors, in an expedient and efficient manner.
