Commack Basketball Association Corp

The purposes for which the corporation is formed are as follows: to organize, establish, create and maintain a community based Basketball league; to organize and conduct Basketball clinics and camps; to provide instructional activities in the sport of Basketball; to promote, foster and encourage sportsmanship and physical contests; to promote character building and physical well being; to promote, foster and advance in every lawful manner the common interests and goals of those engaged in sports and athletics of every kind; to affiliate such club with other similarly constituded clubs, leagues and associations; to purchase, lease, aquire, own, control, operate and maintain sports equipments and gear to develop those characteristics of honesty, good fellowship, self dicipline, team play, fairness and self reliance which are the essentials of good sportsmanship.
