KHYC Foundation

The specific purpose of the Corporation shall be primarily to support and encourage boating and access to the ocean and ocean related sports and other nonprofit organizations that organize encourage and sponsor yachting and yacht racing in and about the waters of Southern California and secondarily to support other charitable endeavors This purpose will be accomplished by organizing and hosting charity events specifically including but not limited to the annual King Harbor Yacht Club Holiday Boat Parade charity event to raise funds to be directed towards charitable endeavors This corporation may also carry out other charitable and educational activities associated with these goals as allowed by law
