Sanitation Foundation

The Sanitation foundation is the official non-profit partner of the New York City department of Sanitation (dsny). Our mission is to support the work of dsny to helpclean up the city and reduce waste sent to landfill.we engage individuals, communities, schools, elected officials and corporate partners to participate in this work. We accomplish this by fostering innovative public/private partnerships between dsny, businesses, and community organizations. Our cleaning initiatives, youth education, and public engagement programs help achieve our shared vision.
