1) to operate exclusively for charitable and educational purposes; including maintaining historical lighthouses in Northern Michigan for the purpose of providing educational opportunities and historic perservation of lighthouses that were previously owned by government entities. 2) to receive and administer funds to the organization. 3) to acquire, own, dispose of real and personal property and interests theirin and to apply gifts, grants, bequests and devices.
