Smeco Charitable Foundation Inc

To serve as the conduit for Smeco's Charitable activities by applying its income from various events (golf tournaments, walkathons, bike rides and other community events) and principal assets exclusively for Charitable, scientific, literary, and educational purposes through direct contributions and awarding grants to other organizations, including but not limited to those exempt from income tax under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code.
