To promote social welfare by, to the extent permitted under section 501(c)(4) of the internal revenue code, advocating on behalf of policies that preserve and enhance the ability of federally qualified Health centers in central California and by delivering high quality clinical care to central California's underserved and disenfrachised Health care consumers.
