Meals on Wheels Cleveland West serves residents in Cleveland's far west suburbs. Our mission is to furnish nutritious Meals, combat social isolation and address safety concerns for our neighbors, while providing peace of mind for families of the convalescing, disabled and elderly, who are unable to cook for themselves. By caring for our neighbors, we are creating a stronger and more vibrant community, where more of our neighbors can remain in their home and out of expensive nursing home or hospital care. We are an irs certified 501(c)(3) community service non-profit organization, that is not government subsidized. We are funded through reasonable meal service fees, and with 100% community support.
