Door County Medical Corporation

The corporation is organized and shall be operated on a not-for-profit basis and exclusively for religious, charitable, scientific and educational purposes within the meaning of section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code, as amended, or the corresponding provision of any future United States internal revenue law. The corporation's purposes shall be consistent with and supportive of the corporate purposes of Door County memorial hospital, a Wisconsin corporation.
